The Mission of Middle Years Alternative School Counseling Program is to provide a developmental, comprehensive counseling curriculum, addressing the individual academic, career, and personal/social development of all students, while identifying and remediating barriers to learning, thereby creating success for all students

Provides short term individual and small group counseling

Consults with families and teachers  regarding academic, behavioral, social/emotional concerns

Provides information on community resources for families

Classroom guidance lessons

Promotes a positive and safe school climate

Is a Visible, Proactive, Positive, Support for ALL Staff and Students
